Founded in 2026 by two partners who, after years of working for established firms, decided to set up their own company — Emmire is a private commercial property practice built on thirty combined years of building surveying, asset management, and the day-to-day running of high-profile portfolios.
We work exclusively with private clients who hold large commercial assets — family offices, private landlords, and long-hold investors — and we look after every instruction entirely in-house. No sub-contracted account managers, no offshore desks. The surveyor who signs your instruction is the surveyor who answers your call.
